⦁ A-Share IPO and Listing Compliance: Participated in initial public offering projects for pharmaceutical companies such as Buchang Pharmaceutical (603858) and Panlong Pharmaceutical (002864), as well as projects including the delisting of Luye Pharma (02186.HK) from the Singapore stock exchange. Provided end-to-end legal services, including guidance and issuance of legal opinions.
⦁ Red Chip Reversal and Major Asset Restructuring: As an investor’s counsel, I have participated in red chip reversal and domestic listing projects involving companies such as Focus Media (002027) and 360 (601360), assisting in the completion of structural reorganization and ensuring compliance and implementation.
⦁ Private Equity Funds and Equity Investments: Previously served as the Head of Legal & Risk Control at the Harbin Institute of Technology Fund Management Company, leading the fundraising, investment, management, and exit processes for multiple funds. Also participated in the legal work related to investment and financing in hard-tech sectors, including projects such as ZeroOne Space and Kaiyun Auto (which has since been acquired by Xiaomi).
⦁ Cross-border Investment and Licensing Business: Possesses experience in acquiring and post-investment management of financial licenses such as securities, finance companies, and trusts in Hong Kong; provided legal support for overseas investment projects including the Saint Laurent winery in France.
⦁ Dispute Resolution and Criminal Compliance: Specializes in handling contract disputes and partnership-related controversies. In the context of difficulties in civil enforcement, assists clients in pursuing criminal accountability through criminal channels, handling cases involving fraud, contract fraud, extortion, and other similar offenses, thereby comprehensively safeguarding clients’ legitimate rights and interests.
