Professional Experience and Representative Achievements:
Non-performing asset disposal:
- Specializing in the systematic disposal of non-performing loans held by financial institutions and asset management companies, with deep expertise in due diligence, debt restructuring design, and full-process management of judicial auctions. Particularly adept at rapidly monetizing real estate mortgage cases in the Beijing area.
- Acted as agent for a distressed asset fund to dispose of 37 non-performing debt claims in the Beijing-Shanghai region, with an aggregate asset value reaching 280 million yuan. The highest single recovery amount exceeded 20 million yuan.
- Acted as agent for the Beijing Branch of a certain bank in handling 50 non-performing loan claims with a total value of 143 million yuan. By employing a combined strategy of “pre-litigation/ongoing litigation mediation plus enforcement settlement,” we significantly shortened the disposal cycle and accelerated the recovery of funds.
Dispute Resolution:
- Proficient in developing systematic litigation strategies and highly skilled in handling the entire procedural workflow, including objections to enforcement and trial supervision. Has repeatedly achieved breakthroughs in complex disputes involving loan contracts, real estate, and other intricate matters.
- Representing a financial institution in a contract dispute case, we successfully persuaded the court to fully uphold our client’s claims for the return of over 1 billion yuan and the enforcement of security interests.
- Represented a financial institution in a subrogation dispute involving creditor rights, successfully helping the client recover economic losses exceeding one million yuan.
General Counsel:
- Dedicated to providing forward-looking legal support to businesses and government agencies, our services cover the establishment of contract systems, compliance reviews, justification of major decision-making, and emergency response to unforeseen events.
- Currently or formerly serves as the long-term legal counsel for several prominent institutions, including a large pawnshop in Beijing (a local financial institution), a property investment company in Beijing (a state-owned enterprise), and a management committee in Beijing (a government-appointed agency), among others.
Industry Contributions and Academic Research:
- As a member of the All China Lawyers Association’s Legislative Research Group on the Wildlife Protection Law, I led the drafting of 12 proposed amendments, several of which were adopted, thereby significantly advancing the refinement of the legislation.
- Co-authored “Legal Practice for Energy Enterprises: In-depth Analysis of Typical Cases and Prevention of Legal Risks” (Law Press, 2021), serving as a member of the editorial board.
