Criminal case representative performance:
1. Xu is suspected of theft. After compensating the victim and obtaining the victim’s forgiveness, the suspect was released on bail after being detained for only 14 days.
2. Shang was suspected of the crime of misappropriating funds. After compensating the victim and obtaining their forgiveness, he was released on bail following 30 days of detention.
3. Wang is suspected of fraud, but he did not have the subjective intent to illegally possess property. After being detained for 37 days, he successfully obtained bail and was released pending further investigation.
4. Mr. Mei is suspected of the crime of drug smuggling. He did not have the subjective intent to smuggle drugs, and after being detained for 37 days, he successfully obtained bail pending trial.
5. Ge was suspected of accepting bribes as a non-state employee. After being detained for 37 days, he successfully obtained bail pending trial, and the court ultimately sentenced him to probation.
6. Zhang was suspected of the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits and, after being detained for 37 days, successfully obtained bail pending trial.
7. Cheng is suspected of the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits. The client did not retain a lawyer until 37 golden days had passed. After persistent efforts, he successfully obtained bail pending trial during the prosecution review stage at the People’s Procuratorate.
8. Li was suspected of the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits. The company had illegally raised as much as 38 billion yuan in funds. Li, who served as a senior technical executive at the company, was sentenced to six years in prison by the court.
9. A is suspected of provoking trouble and theft. Facing multiple charges, the court sentenced him to one year and two months in prison.
10. Zhao is suspected of the crime of traffic accident causing death, resulting in one fatality and bearing full responsibility for the accident. The court sentenced him to one year and two months in prison.
11. Jiang was charged with intentional injury resulting in second-degree minor injury. He turned himself in to the authorities and was sentenced by the court to seven months in prison.
Representative achievements in civil and commercial cases:
1. A dispute over liquidation liability between a certain company in Beijing and a certain consulting center in Beijing.
2. A property and equity dispute case involving a Beijing-based company was settled through mediation, recovering over 6 million yuan for the parties involved.
3. Representing a Shandong-based company in a dispute over a construction subcontracting contract against a Shaanxi-based company.
4. Represented a client in a dispute over an auction contract against a certain auction company in Henan Province; the case was settled through mediation, and we assisted the client in recovering their losses.
5. Represented the dean of a public institution in a dispute over defamation against a certain newspaper.
6. Represented three workers in labor dispute cases against their company, successfully resolving the disputes through mediation and assisting the workers in promptly recovering their payments.
7. Represented a worker in a labor dispute case against a well-known state-owned enterprise. The employee, nearing retirement, had his employment relationship unlawfully terminated. The arbitration commission ruled that the employment relationship should continue to be in effect, thereby achieving the desired litigation outcome.
8. Represented an employee in a labor dispute case against a joint-stock company in Beijing; the arbitration commission ruled that the company should pay compensation for unlawfully terminating the employment relationship.
9. Represented a Beijing-based company in a labor dispute case involving six workers, ultimately helping the client reduce losses by hundreds of thousands of yuan—a reduction rate exceeding 90%.
10. Represented multiple workers’ compensation cases and assisted clients in obtaining workers’ compensation benefits.
Government and Corporate Legal Advisory Services:
1. Legal Counsel for the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, providing legal services on a stationed basis. The primary duties include on-site verification of contracts and normative legal documents; assisting in handling cases involving information disclosure and complaint cases; providing consultation at meetings and general legal advice; and taking on administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases.
2. Long-term legal counsel for the Publicity Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPC, responsible for reviewing contracts and providing legal advice.
3. Special legal counsel for China National Pharmaceutical Group Health Industry Co., Ltd., responsible for reviewing advertisements within the scope of its business and providing legal advice on matters such as advertising complaints and reports.
4. Long-term legal counsel for Beijing Wanxi Catering Management Co., Ltd., responsible for establishing and improving the company’s human resources management system, handling labor law risk prevention and dispute resolution for the company, and providing daily legal advisory services.
