Work experience
For nearly two decades, Attorney Yuan Kun has specialized in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes as well as labor and personnel law. He boasts over ten years of experience in legal management at large state-owned enterprises nationwide and has handled more than 600 civil, commercial, and labor dispute cases cumulatively. Since beginning his practice in 2003, he has provided both litigation and non-litigation legal services on a long-term basis to major enterprises and institutions, domestically listed companies, foreign companies operating in China, and their representative offices. He also serves as a long-term legal counsel for numerous organizations. Leveraging his deep expertise in labor law, he has been invited as a special expert to appear on Beijing Television’s labor law segment, demonstrating both profound theoretical knowledge and practical competence.
