Additionally, as the long-term legal counsel for Zhongcheng Dayou Industrial Group Co., Ltd., she offers legal advice, dispute resolution strategies, and representation in court proceedings on matters including energy storage projects, investment agreements, and shareholder resolution disputes.
For many years, Attorney Zhang Xin has served as the long-term legal counsel for a certain group company and its numerous subsidiaries. The group’s headquarters is located in Xicheng District, Beijing, and its business areas encompass real estate investment, property management, equity investment, and pawnbroking—its business footprint spans both domestic and international markets. During his tenure as legal counsel, he provided crucial legal advice on matters such as restructuring the company’s organizational structure and equity structure, handling multiple disputes involving the company, and managing day-to-day contractual issues. He also played a key role in dispute resolution, helping the company defuse or avoid criminal and civil risks.
