Since 2015, I have been appointed as the Community Legal Advisor for Guangwai Subdistrict in Xicheng District, Beijing. Since 2018, I have served as an Invited Mediator at the Chaoyang District People's Court in Beijing. Also since 2018, I have been working as a mediator with the Beijing Multi-Dispute Resolution Development Promotion Association. From 2019 to 2023, I held positions as a member of the Women’s Committee and Deputy Head of the Publicity Department at the Chaoyang Lawyers Association. Since 2022, I have been appointed as a mediator with the People’s Mediation Committee on Intellectual Property Disputes under the Beijing Tea Industry Enterprise Chamber of Commerce. And since 2023, I have been hired as a part-time mediator at the Dongwu Guolian Civil and Commercial Mediation Center.
Work experience
Some Success Stories
1. In the case of Zhao, who was accused of illegally absorbing public deposits, two applications were made for a review of the necessity of detention. On the very last day before public prosecution was initiated, Zhao was successfully granted bail and later received a suspended sentence.
2. In the case of Zhu's fundraising fraud, the defendant received a reduced sentence thanks to effective legal defense.
3. In the case of Guo, who was accused of illegally absorbing public deposits, effective legal defense reduced the amount involved from over 8 million yuan to more than 5 million yuan, resulting in a lighter sentence for the defendant.
4. In the case involving private entrepreneur Cao, who was suspected of fraud, we firmly maintained a not-guilty defense. Ultimately, the procuratorate decided not to approve the arrest, and the client was successfully released on bail. Subsequently, the investigative authorities withdrew the case altogether.
5. In the case involving Liu, who was accused of contract fraud, the defense argument for innocence was accepted, and the client was successfully released on bail.
6. In the case involving defendant Luo, who was suspected of infringing upon citizens' personal information, the defense's argument for innocence was accepted, resulting in the client being successfully released on bail and the investigation authority ultimately dropping the case.
7. In the inheritance dispute case involving tian and Cheng, among others, multiple wills were at issue. The handwritten will was recognized as valid, and the plaintiff won in the first instance, second appeal, and retrial.
8. In the inheritance dispute case involving Wang 1 and Wang 2, among others, the opposing party's claim to divide nearly 2 million yuan in deposits was dismissed.
9. In the inheritance dispute case involving Guo 1 and Guo 2, among others, the self-written will was recognized as valid, resulting in a successful outcome for the plaintiff.
10. In the case of Liu Mou 1, acting as agent for Liu Mou 2, involving a dispute over property division and inheritance among family members—including disputes over demolition resettlement housing, demolition compensation, equity interests, and share capital—the court not only recognized the validity of the will but also legally acknowledged the family’s contributions and caregiving efforts, ultimately resulting in Liu Mou 1 receiving a larger share of the inherited assets.
11. In the inheritance dispute case involving Agent Wang Mou 1 and Wang Mou 2, among others, since the employee seniority of the deceased spouse was utilized when purchasing the housing reform property, the individual portion of the property value corresponding to the deceased's employee seniority should be treated as part of the deceased's estate according to law.
