  • In the equity transfer dispute between Qi Moumou and Zhai Moumou, the plaintiff lost in both the first and second trials. The Hebei High People’s Court, in a retrial, reversed the judgments of the first and second trials and ordered a new trial.

  • The case involving Qin Moumou (former logistics leader at Peking University First Hospital), who was convicted of accepting bribes, was reviewed by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Haidian District in Beijing and adjudicated by the People’s Court of Xicheng District, resulting in a lighter sentence.
  • In the rape case involving Zhai Moumou, the defendant was held in mandatory detention for nearly 600 days. After a court hearing and review, the court intended to deliver a verdict of not guilty. Subsequently, the procuratorate withdrew the public prosecution, and the defendant received state compensation.
  • The case of Wang Moumou’s rape was later sentenced as forcible indecency.
  • Yang Moumou was successfully granted bail and sentenced to probation for the crime of forcible indecency and insult (the victim was a person with no capacity for civil conduct).
  • Cai Moumou, the person in charge of a Beijing-based technology company, was accused by Kong of embezzling more than 60 million yuan in office funds. After a successful defense, he was released on bail and the case was subsequently dropped.
  • He Moumou was sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment in the case of intentional homicide.
  • A medical company in Beijing and Li Moumou were found to have falsely issued special value-added tax invoices. They successfully obtained bail and were exempted from prosecution.
  • A technology company in Beijing, whose employee Yue Moumou falsely issued special value-added tax invoices, was exempted from criminal punishment after undergoing corporate compliance rectification under the supervision of the Haidian Procuratorate.
  • Bai, a deputy to the People’s Congress in a certain region of Hebei Province, committed the crime of intentional destruction of property but was subsequently exempted from prosecution.
  • Meng Moumou was successfully granted bail for the crime of intentional destruction of property and subsequently exempted from criminal punishment.
