The Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, the Beijing Enterprise Confederation/Beijing Entrepreneurs Association, and the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce have jointly issued a notification announcing the selection results for the "Gold Medal Labor Relations Coordinators." In 2022, Yan Lin and Cao Yafeng, attorneys from Huatai Law Firm in Beijing, were honored with the title of "Beijing Gold Medal Labor Relations Coordinator." In 2023, Tan Guangquan and Qin Xiaoyong, also attorneys from Huatai Law Firm in Beijing, were recognized as "Beijing Gold Medal Labor Relations Coordinators."
