Huatai Intellectual Property Professional Committee's Young Lawyers Training Successfully Held

The training session kicked off under the guidance of Dong Sixiao, Secretary-General of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee. Subsequently, Attorney Fan Yuqiang, as the Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee and also the first keynote speaker, delivered an engaging presentation on "Data Asset Compliance Review." Starting with an overview of data asset compliance, Attorney Fan progressively delved into key topics such as legal frameworks, review procedures, and the creation of data asset matrices, offering the attending lawyers a comprehensive and enlightening session.       Immediately afterward, Liu Jing, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee, delivered a detailed presentation on the topic of "Legal Risks in Patent Operations for Small and Micro Enterprises and Strategies for Risk Prevention and Control." Drawing from real-world cases, he thoroughly analyzed the potential legal risks that small and micro enterprises may encounter during patent operations, while also offering practical and actionable recommendations to help the young lawyers in attendance gain valuable insights. Afterward, Mr. Wang Qiugang, Brand Manager from Zhonglian Yitong Intellectual Property Company, shared valuable insights on "The Application and Enforcement of Corporate Copyright Protection," drawing from his extensive practical experience. Mr. Wang highlighted the procedures for trademark registration applications and offered practical tips for smooth implementation, while also emphasizing the critical role of copyright protection in driving business growth.

Finally, Attorney Ma Yuhao delivered an insightful and easy-to-understand presentation titled "Discussing Trademark Use Through the Lens of the Three-Year Non-Use Revocation System." She provided a detailed explanation of key concepts related to trademark registration applications and trademark revocation proceedings, with a particular focus on thoroughly analyzing the three-year non-use revocation system. This helped the attending lawyers gain a much deeper understanding of this important legal framework.

After all the guests concluded their presentations, an interactive session was held, during which young lawyers actively asked questions and engaged in lively discussions and exchanges with the speakers, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. At the end of the training course, Director Fan Yuqiang delivered a closing speech.
